Marty Wolff is a reader, executive coach, business consultant, and podcast and radio show host. He is also founder and CEO of Marty Wolff Business Solutions, Creator and Host of the Business Builders Show with Marty Wolff, Founding Partner in Contractor Succession LLC and Founding Partner in Business Builders Media LLC.
The Business Builders Show with Marty Wolff launched in 2012. Over the years, Marty and his guest hosts, have hosted, produced and shared over 1,500 interviews with some of the best and brightest business minds in America and beyond. After interviewing Mike McHale, his partner in Business Builders Media, and then co-hosting his PSA Podcast, Mike and Marty started to discuss how so many companies wanted and needed to produce an excellent podcast and video production so they could have their voices heard. Their mission: “Business Builders Media gives entrepreneurs and business leaders the tools they need to have their voices heard.”
Marty also had successful careers in the mobile phone industry with Cellular One, Vice President of Marketing for Patrick Media Group in Los Angeles, CA, Regional Sales Manager for US Foodservice in Baltimore, MD, and Vice President of Sales for Reinhart Foodservice of Eastern PA.
As an executive coach and business consultant Marty has played an important role in the success of large publicly traded companies, and with privately owned firms in several different industries. He presently serves as a business coach to authors, professional speakers, and business owners.
Marty is now focusing much of his experience and energy to have Business Builders Media become the primary platform to give entrepreneurs and business leaders the tools they need to get their voices heard, and as the leading resource for all business people to learn and improve their lives, careers, businesses and communities.
Michael has been an entrepreneur for the last 13 years of his career. He is a business executive delivering unparalleled operating results in the design, development, construction, manufacturing of complex technologies for domestic start-up’s and private equity companies. Michael is recognized for propelling businesses through organizational transition, construction, financial and performance turnarounds utilizing change management skills and process improvement expertise necessary to drive profitability and productivity gains in a collaborative way. He has demonstrated leadership in conceptualization, team assemblage, product rationalization and delivery of complex projects.
Currently, Michael operates a private company, Production Systems Automation (PSA), which he purchased in 2016 with a small group of investors. PSA is a system integrator of robotic solutions, drive systems, controls and custom machine building. He serves as both Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer. Michael is a graduate of Drexel University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is studying at University of Scranton for his MBA with over 25 years in the development, construction and operations of commercial and industrial projects. Michael is experienced in the development, design, installation and start-up of small to large scale commercial and industrial projects. His experience includes over $4 billion of construction and operational management including large-scale (+$2 billion) construction of commercial and industrial projects. Michael possesses the ability to manage projects from the conceptual phases through project implementation and completion. Michael’s strong understanding of both financial and business assets and limitations help him to find ways to innovate utilizing a company’s current strengths to produce company success.
Michael serves on the Industrial Advisory Board at the University of Scranton and is a founding Advisory to the University of Scranton start-up Mechanical Engineering Department.
Jordan Fritz is our Client Experience Manager who assists clients with the onboarding process and organizing podcast production. Jordan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Luzerne County Community College with her Associate's in General Studies and Magna Cum Laude from Wilkes University with her Bachelor's in Communication Studies with concentrations in Public Relations and Journalism. Dan Kimbrough, our Senior Producer, has a lengthy media production career spanning radio, television, broadcast news, documentary film, sports broadcasting, podcasting, photography, and content marketing. Dan has worked all over the U.S. with ESPN. He also served as the president of the Documentary Studies and Multicultural divisions for the Broadcast Education Association. Madison Kaminski is our graphic designer who crafts unique podcast logos for clients. Madison recently graduated from Wilkes University with a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Design and Media Art. She has experience in several different facets of digital design, including logo design and brand development, photography, videography, print and digital layout, motion graphics, and 3D modeling. She currently works in the creative industry as a freelance designer.
